About You
If you’re here, you’re probably facing some personal challenges and needing some support. Life can get hard and overwhelming sometimes. Talking to someone, an impartial professional, can be helpful. You might be battling depression or anxiety. You may feel stuck, lost or have low self-esteem. Our relationships can sometimes become a source of pain and frustration. Sometimes, we don’t even really know what the issue is. We just know that things don’t feel right. It’s important to know, you don’t have to deal with it all on your own.
Talking to friends and family may not always be helpful. Maybe you can’t be very open with them, or perhaps they don’t really understand. Therapy could provide the kind of support you need. It could give you the opportunity to be listened to, in a safe and non-judgmental way. I have worked with a wide range of issues and no topic would be off-limits in our sessions.
